Dashboard / Home page

The home page of the admin system is the dashboard display. Below the ribbon buttons are two boxes:

Stats box

The stats box shows quick statistics for your festival. From left to right:

• Total applications
• Number of applications suspected to be abandoned
• Incomplete applications
• Approved applications
• Unpaid applications
• Paid applications
• Approx time when the statistics will be recalculated (default period is every 15 mins)

Applications box

This box lists a subset of the applications saved in your system (configured with "Recent Applications values on Configuration page).

You can sort the table by clicking the up/down arrows to the right of a column header. The column with the lighter blue background is the one by which the table is currently sorted. View more or fewer applicants at once by using the drop-down list in the upper-left corner. Search for an applicant using the Search box. Use the buttons at the bottom-right to view additional pages of applications.

Stats column

Left to right, the icons tell you at a glance the following yes/no conditions:

• Application complete?
• Application approved?
• Paid?
• Possibly abandoned?

Actions column

Click the buttons in this column to manage an applicant. Left to right:

• Edit the application
• Email the applicant
• Apply a payment
